I've been a long time owner of Bose products going back to the late 80s I love the sound of Bose products, but there's software integrations have never quite been at the same quality as their sound. I have soundtouch systems set up in multiple homes, and at least once a year I have to factory reset everything and reconnect it. Bose you could do a lot better than what you've done with soundconnect

The Bose SoundTouch speaker is remarkable. The Android software interface is a nightmare. While I found another application that said it could be used to connect my android cell to my Bose SoundTouch speaker, it's a paid service. No thank you. Why can't I put the Bose SoundTouch icon on my Android cell? I can sympathize with the fact, software setup for many, many Bose products is challenging. I struggle with how wildly frustrating my particular experience has been. Edited

I absolutely love my Bose SoundTouch! It’s the perfect size, compact but powerful, with rich bass and crisp highs that fill the room. The SoundTouch app makes it super easy to control music from my phone and switch between Spotify, Pandora, internet radio, and more. If you want a sound system that combines great sound, convenience, and style, I highly recommend this one. Bose nailed it! Edited

Alright when it works. However there's more connectivity issues with this app than other app I've ever used. It's not worth the faffing around at times. Easier to connect via Bluetooth and stream from another device. AMENDED Reduced to 1 star ad it's just useless. Won't connect to my streaming service and now won't fully connect with Tune In. You'd expect better from an allegedly superior manufacturer. Edited

Bose speaker is freaking awesome. The app is trash. Always has been. I've had my speaker for over two years, and every single time it loses wifi connection, I have to redo the entire process. And it takes over 30 minutes to finally get it back on. I don't even use my speaker most of the time because I don't want to sit around and mess with my phone, the speaker, and my wifi. Ridiculous.
