If you are a Real Estate Agent, you've probably bought the physical calculator. I was a bit skeptical when I downloaded the app. Until I ran it. What a pleasant surprise...the thing just works...no issues. There ain't no way I'll forget to take it with me, because like everyone else, my phone is glued to my body. Qualifier Plus...can't leave home without it! Terrific. Oh, oh! Also get their "ConversionCalc Plus", what a little gem that is. Edited

I paid for this app several years ago. I used this app a lot and loved it.. they updated yesterday.. today I am in middle of realestate deal and app is requesting proof that I already paid for it. I sure wish I had my physical calculator with me. I don't have time for these "sign into your account and provide this number and that number and blah blah blah. Buyer beware. They can and will shut you off at probably the most inconvenient time.

Omg! Better than the physical one! I was skeptical that thus would be as good as the physucal one I've used before and thought I would be buying a physucal one again, as a backup. This one is handier and has mire features, like built in instructions. Easily modify prior inputs, and the ability to send the calculations to myself or clients. Ive never been good at doing qualifying calculations in my head, so thuz makes me look like a superstar with clients. Brilliant.

Recurring supscription schemes only, without any possibility to acquire the software once and for all. In light of the fact that mathematics do not change and that apps with similar functionality are cheaper by the dozen (literally, as they can be bought instead of rented), this milkingware has been replaced with a less greedy alternative and was consequently uninstalled.
