As somenone else mentioned, "Best Customer Service Ever". I lost my phone and upon re-installing my apps confronted the issue with the Real Estate calculator, (From Calculated Industries), I paid for 10 Yrs (Yes 10) ago. The issue was that the receipt #, or the zip code was required and I thought I had a correct one. Contacted Tech Support, and in a day, Michele provided the information from their records to re-stablish my app., which by the way is excellent for my Mortgage Business. Edited

The best Mortgage calculator on the market. I've used the Calculated Industries products for the past 23 years. having it available on my mobile devices with this app and the enhanced options that come with it, make my job so much easier. this is the one and only real estate calculator that I recommend to my colleagues.

Recurring supscription schemes only, without any possibility to acquire the software once and for all. In light of the fact that mathematics do not change and that similar apps are cheaper by the dozen (literally, as they can be bought instead of rented), this milkingware has been uninstalled.

I'm willing to pay a one time fee, but not a monthly fee. You used to be able to pay a one time fee to buy this app. A monthly face seems like a money grab for a calculator.

All you need is any three of four numbers in any order (I.E. loan balance, interest rate, monthly payment, term in years) and Real Estate Master will calculate the fourth for you. This is unlike all the other calculators I've tried.
