I had a really frustrating issue come up where the app kept crashing, and Julia and the rest of the team worked at it until it was resolved. These folks are amazing and will help with any issues you might come across! Looking forward to getting back to saving and paying towards my student loans! Edited

It's been an absolutely horrible experience since they had to shut down due to what ever was going on with the banks they partner with. I've been submitting tickets and requested for a call 3 times to assist with setting up a new payment account. I get emails to try this and that send a screen shot etc. I'm sure everything would be set up by now if they would assist in real time. When the app was working it was a God Send! not so much now. I have 200 just sitting not being sent Edited

Too complicated for me, I don't like the lack of control. Been trying to cancel my account for a couple days, but cannot due to bad app screen resolution. I've been stuck on the "stay with us for one more month" screen and am forced to accept it since I can't click the X at the top right corner. Sent an email for help but no response yet. Disconnected my bank until I can cancel. Edited

After the synapse & evolved fiasco, it's reasonable to look at this service with apprehension. But Changed has dealt in good faith, securing and reimbursing the funds their former financial partners lost. Since the service interruption started, their communication and transparency has been stellar. Loan payments are going through, even with my financial data unavailable to their transaction servicers. If the app itself was more responsive to bank connection issues, it'd get 5 / 5.

Well... this is a great idea, but the app needs a lot of work before I'd trust it with my account information! There are a million spelling errors just in the plan descriptions. As a tech leader for a large bank, lack of attention to detail regarding UI screens points to problems on the backend as well. I'll check this out in a year or two, hoping it will be a quality app.
