This app is great for booking. However, we are not sure if it is good with the promotions it advertised. The restaurant which we dine at had no idea what the promo was about and as much as they would like to honor it, chope did not make it possible for that to happen - there was no voucher, instructions or whatsoever to use the promo. So the staff at the restaurant had to work around it and give us the same promotion value. Many thanks to the restaurant staff though. Edited

First time user. Thought it was a convenient platform. Who knows they can't even get something basic like a reservation right. My party of 7 including old folks turned up to be turned away as they have a wedding that day. The restaurant claims to have blocked their availability yet we were still able to make a reservation. And there's no way we can confirm the booking or call without making a separate search in Google for it. Will think twice before booking again. Very disappointed with Chope.

I can't make reservations on the app. It always shows the wrong info and says there is no slot available, when in actual fact there are available slots, or that I have another reservation when I don't. When I book through a desktop, I can get the reservation done. However, because I make the reservations on a desktop, I lose out on the points. Frustrating. Inconvenient.

Frustrating, not worth the seemingly generous vouchers. Even if you go on the special days to buy the big discount vouchers, you apparently can only use it when you're using a Chope reservation, and in my experience, you have to reserve your seats days in advance, sometimes weeks. To have to check which days are available before buying those vouchers, which tend to have limited availability, is a huge inconvenience. Not everyone is that flexible, especially for groups of friends and family.

Not bad as an application, worse off if you happened to buy anything and needed support. Their support doesn't seem to ever respond to inquiries. First, they make it quite difficult to find out how to contacy them. When successfully discovered how to contact, nothing humane would be heard apart from automated messages anyway. Use it for a review but a big caveat if anyone would think to buy any deals from within this app.
