They've turned this app to trash. It scrolled at about 5 frames per second, it asks you to sign in every time you go to show your card (which is basically the only thing you're doing with the app in the first place) and then just fails somehow and asks you to sign in again. For some reason it doesn't accept password autocomplete either, and it doesn't consider '.' or '!' a special enough character for its passwords. God awful experience all around.

App was never very user-friendly, but every update makes it worse. You can't prepay prescriptions anymore, or it's hidden now, so you can't find it anymore. If you have multiple prescriptions for pickup, now you have a pickup barcode for each individual one and not one for all that are ready. Go back to the old one or fix this one. App has become pretty much useless now. Edited

I want to like this app but truly, it sucks. It's a terrible app with recurring technical issues. With each new iteration this app gets worse. Prior update introduced need to log in every time, even just to display the card barcode. It stopped autorefresh on deals, but broke filtering. With update on 5/19/25 search function is wacky with keyboard flashing on & off until app auto closes. You broke it even worse than it already was, a feat I thought was impossible! Edited

I'm not sure why, but for the past 6 months (or more?) the app sucks. it constantly glitches, automatically logs you out, &/or won't let you log in, sometimes closes w/ an error message, etc etc. i use CVS for the pharmacy and pick up monthly, so i want to take advantage of the trip and shop a bit also. the app UX sucks and i cannot browse weekly sales or coupons.

The filter/sort function absolutely does not work so I ended up using the Internet browser to do everything in the end instead, which is annoying in itself. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue with the app. EDIT: It seems that the CVS app is finally working as it should when it comes to the sort/filter function. Now I don't need to separately do it in the browser. I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you so much for fixing this issue. Edited
