Requires a permanent Internet connection. It does not store its data locally, but instead relies on the cloud for literally everything. I also have to reconnect my scale (a pretty tedious process) every time my phone reboots. And since about a week or so, it gives me an error every time I weigh myself, despite showing my correct weight in the app afterwards. I also lost all my historical data in the app. I'm sure it's still stored in the cloud, I just can't see it in the app.

You're right, we don't have local storage for the scale's data, only for the watches as the data are bigger.
About this display problem, can you delog from the app and relog ? We've done a modification on our database and apparently some users can face this problem.

The synchronisation is hit and miss - it often fails to download the data from the devices, so you have to try many times and have luck. Edit: Customer support just suggested restarting the device, which didn't help. My watch doesn't sync with the app, so I can't actually see my sleep or heart rate history, etc, making those functions useless. The app makes the purchase of an expensive device superfluous, I recommend getting either a cheap one or steering clear of Decathlon products. Edited

The app is not recording my objective, after I fill in all required fields (It still reads 'no objective set'). My last weighing takes some time to load on the app. Also, when you type in your email address while logging in, instead of pressing a 'proceed' button or at least having the password section just below the email address section, they have a 'help' button section which leads you to your password section! You cannot customise the app!! It is better to record your results on Excel doc.!! Edited

I regret buying this watch. The app is not useful at all. The watch does not connect to the app. Watch battery died and lost time. To reset time I have to connect to the app, but since I cannot connect this means the watch is completely not usable. Also the watch has a tendency to switch off whilst I am running. I can stop at 1 or 2km, making it very irritating to use it for running.

No complaints at all.. Onmove 500 HR. A very cheap buy compared to nearly all others. I cycle a little, walk a lot and jog a bit to. It was easy to connect via bluetooth and I enjoy the phone app. I like having all the charts for comparing my exercise routes and performances. It really does all I need and for the price I think it's fantastic!
