This app is much better than their other 'full' app, which is a pile of steaming you know what. And is still in beta?? Things to note; 1. They can view your files despite what they say. 2. To get extra storage, you have to use their full app. 3. Why have a storage capacity in the app name when it works with all your plans? 4. Their share ability is very often flagged as malicious, making it impossible to share files if you have antivirus/malware protection. 5. There are no automatic backups.

Hi degoo team, I have been using degoo since 2021. However in 2023 I couldn't login and auto save anymore to my account. Now, when I wanna login and recover my account again, it said "your account have been locked out". Although I have reset my password and used the correct email, it still can't be opened. Please give the solution to get my whole files back. Thanks

Third class app. Since from few days I am observing that the app had got too slow. It takes ages to log in or out to back up & to download. Also whenever I am uploading any file it's showing although it is processed and backed up it is showing that those files are blocked for no reason. Although I emailed them but still the authority neither replied nor created any ticket to take the process of complaining this issue further.

Both versions of this unpredictably delete your files and give no reason or help towards recovering them. Emailed them and got nothing back. I don't understand how a storage cloud can just delete files at random. Very unprofessional and false advertising Sent 7 emails and no response Edited

It's bad because it's also have copyright Strick. I used for YouTube video files only for save my favourite video for watching and use for space, I never share some one but they sent me copyright Strick. And hack my 215gb data which I very hardworking for uploading. So it means the cloud storage is not safe because the bot and owner of the app is know about all private data. Thats bad for us. Edited
