There are no settings, you cannot change anything, you cannot remove payment details once added!! They charged me for data I did not use! They refunded me the money in the end after I sent them a complaint. Still, be cautious when using this application. They can charge you at any moment and you don't have a lot of control over usage or billing. Edited

Bought 1GB to use in the New York with an eSIM. Setting up the eSIM was simple, however the activation took some time. I contacted support and they reacted within an hour and solved the problem. I just had to restart my phone and open the app again. The data connection has been super stable and fast! Would definitely recommend this!

Bought a 30 Gb plan for brazil, was cheaper than the competition. But it was really crappy network, both in urbanized cities or country side. Always trying to connect to network, always very poor network, always cheap connectivity. It was a nightmare just getting google maps to work! It was so bad i could not even consume the plan over 4 weeks!!! I had to rely on hotel wifi. Next time (well, wont be a next time with instabridge), i will get a more expensive option at the competition! Edited

The application lacks any contact/help to assist users with troubleshooting. While it is possible to purchase and install an e-sim, it is unclear how users would identify which DMI profile to select in their Sim-toolkit for a particular network/country. Additionally, there is no provision for configuring the (APN) for the chosen network. It is troubling that the application's website also lacks troubleshooting. This service is garbage and a scam! I will report them to google and my credit card. You guys take my money but the service does not work especially at the time when you needed it. It's suppose to be simple like any other esim provider, you install the esim and APN should be correct with roaming on. Yet again, I tried everything and no bueno. I've been using nomad and airlo without any issues. You guys are crooks! Edited
