Works well to backup your files but it doesn't keep them in the album structure as on your phone, but groups them by date instead. Also, there is no way to mass download so once you get a decent amount stored, you're locked in and you have to keep your account active (sign in occasionally so it doesn't deactivate for non use) until you've got time to sit down and download your backed up files ONE AT A TIME.

This is the worst app ever for storage. You can easily upload your photos but you can never, ever download them if you need to. I tried for several months to get photos downloaded to my computer and/or phone that I had lost without success. Very disappointed and deleting this useless app. If I could give this app a no star, I would but you have to give at least one star in order to give your rating. If you value your photos and need access to them, please look for a different app for storage. Edited

So far, after very recently downloading, I like it alot. My experience with cloud storage hasn't been great. Sometimes, like drive, uploads videos and images without me wanting them in the cloud -automatically. So far, this app gives me a choice. All I'm wanting to upload is my documents. It allows you to switch the option on/off for trashed images and is pretty easy to use. As long as things don't take a twist, for the worst, in the near and dear future, I'm loving it at present. The only upside is the massive amounts of storage capacity for a relatively good price. I purchased an ultimate plan on sale. I'm still seeing ads in app. Cannot upload files larger than 1 GB. Organization is terrible. The interface is just way too clunky and unintuitive. But, if all you need is access to massive amounts of storage, then it's ok. Way too many of the five-star reviews are obviously fake. STAY AWAY!!! Edited

You determine your own storage!! Great app!. The upload capabilities needs to increase not it's too slow. Once photos or files have been uploaded to degoo, there is no option to delete or permanently delete the file. A delete button is needed ASAP! If you truly pride in customer satisfaction, service and customer pricacy, giving consumers this option is proof of that. Thank you.
