It's OK but there's a lot of room for improvement. For example, location pins are buggy. The staff get confused by it, too. You can't change your profile details intuitively. Also, why is the "sign out" button right under the options button? That's poor design there. The number of times I accidentally logged out.... But otherwise, good team so I can call and get fast feedback. But the app.... Hm. It can be better. Edited

Very bad app. It doesn't recognize your address properly after spending 10 minutes to fill the fields and the tracking doesn't work at all. We waited 40 min for the order and when it said it was delivered it wasn't. Upon calling the phone number indicated we were informed they didn't even know our address. Another issue is the amount for the change that you cannot input the amount you want. If they cannot provide a decent app, they should use third party apps for delivery. Edited

Should add payment options like ABA QR code upon delivery. Why cash only? Mmm. It's there. Enjoy your pizza. Meanwhile I'm still standing for 15 to 20 more minutes past that notification, still waiting hungry on the side of the street for my pizza. More accurate tracker would be nice. Actual order to finish more like 40-60 minutes. Edited

App is useless. Delete the whole thing and start over. Be nice if you would answer the phone too. Maybe a refresher course in business school would be helpful. I live 2km from them and apparently I am outside of the delivery area. Maybe if I move next door they can deliver. Never mind Greenwich is on the way.
