If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

My experience using this app has been absolutely flawless. This is my must have app when I need to get a vehicle on short notice anytime of anyday. Theres just one improvement that will make this star shine brighter, and that would be to add a feature were a person can have more then one debit or credit card on file As oppose to just having one. PLEASE ADD THAT FEATURE.

*edit: 10 July update seems to have fixed the app crashing issue. I do still think the app needs some care, such as historical bookings, overview of charges, and a way to receive service messages such as car not parked in bay, and new location, etc. original: the latest update 7 July completely broke the app, it doesn't even start, and says the app has a bug in it - glad this was supposed to be a maintenance update with bug fixes.. Outrageous prices. A 4 hour rental in Oxford costs £51.99. Let's say you do 100 miles in those 4 hours. That's a total cost of about £76 with the most basic insurance, which has £1000 excess. And this was for a Vauxhall corsa. One can easily rent a car for a day for roughly £50. I have no idea how someone in their right minds thinks this price point is going to give them business. Switching to my local car club, who charge £7 an hour and 14p per mile. Edited

unfortunately app keeps crashing when trying to open it (noticed only today). Deleted and reinstalled, deleted cache and app data, restarted phone, but no improvement.
