Can't login to account, I always get a "something went wrong" error. I've deleted the app and reinstalled dozens of times with no luck. I keep getting emails ever other day about activities available and the only way to stop them is to delete my account. And in order to do that, I have to sign into the viewpoint app!

Started pretty strong but it's been almost 1 year since the last set of tasks I completed for Viewpoints. Are you guys still conducting tests/tasks? I give them a 5 star because the tasks may not have been in abundance but as far as the user interface, the task itself, the ease of completing the task, the speed at which you are rewarded and receive your reward etc. is top notch. The app no longer works because it's remained stuck on a screen asking me to enter my name, date of birth, country, and gender but refuses to go past that point. Clearing the cache and storage and reinstalling the app has not helped, and my support email has gone unanswered. This started out as a pretty good app that worked well and allowed me to accumulate points by sending data. but over the last day or so, the app has remained inaccessible.

Sometimes when you receive a program and then attempt to complete it, it signs you out of the app. I've tried clearing the cache and force stopping the app to try and get it to work, but nothing seems to fix this issue. The only program I never have issues with is the 85 points one.

I was a happy user of this app for years, but something happened and I am no longer able to sign into my account on the app. I have gotten no response from support after multiple emails and months of waiting, and I can't even delete my account to stop the onslaught of task reminder emails because it requires signing into the app to do so! This is a great app.. until something goes wrong.
