I had a previous review and I deleted it. App seems to work fine now and logging in was no issue. HOWEVER, I have a payment on my card pending. I scheduled it for some time in the future. The app says "You have no payments scheduled" and I can only see it in my recent transactions. I literally have a payment scheduled. I think this is because it's not my card specific app and maybe I should try that and see if that fixes the issue I'm having.

My payment was returned, so I called customer service. They told me my account was blocked for online payments, but they couldn't see why. They fixed it and set up auto pay. A few days later, I received a letter stating that my bank said the payment information was wrong - which it wasn't. It was a generic letter without any information about this supposedly wrong information or even the name of my bank. I was then charged a $20 "payment dishonored fee".

App needs work! Last two days keeps saying I don't have an account even though I do! I can't check balance or anything with app! Please fix! Update: website login doesn't work either. I can log in but can't see any info! Update: I can now login w app and there are no issues. I had to call bank, wait on hold for a while, then was told my card was 'on hold' or something and the reason was because the account was new (even though I'd been using card for a week). Very strange. Edited

I've had the app for some time now and it worked great initially. The last few months it has continuously gave me an error " Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please visit our website or the app later". Anything past my current balance and make a payment I can't see. I can't see pending payments, pending transactions, credit limit or anything else related to my account. Could you please fix this!!

Terrible customer service, there is literally nothing they can do for you if you have an issue that needs to be resolved. They possess zero accountability or problem solving ability. I have been so good to this agency. My card was closed because they couldn't find a forwarding address to send a new card to, but I LIVE AT THE SAME RESIDENCE, and don't need a forwarding address. So because they couldn't figure out where to send a card to they closed it. Waited 40 minutes on hold to be told Im SOL. Edited
