It's impossible to use the app. The accept/decline buttons for the Ts&Cs are too low, and overlap with the phone function buttons along the bottom of my Samsung, thus cannot be used. And since they are located at the very bottom of the page, it's not possible to scroll so that they rise to a usable area of the screen. This issue renders the app unusable. Unfortunately, I keep getting a timed out/page not found when trying to login through a web browser. This is frustrating to say the least

Cannot turn off password save and 2 stage confirm does not always work. It is a security problem, if not fixed soon I will close the account do to security problems. Thanks...

I love my BP rewards Visa. it's easy to use the online app to take care of any problems and payments with it. it also gives me a 15 cent discount on any BP Gas!

It would be great if it worked. You can attempt to use their live support options but that doesn't work either. 3 separate times the app has approved the charge and then declines the charges. It is not an issue with the card on file. It is the garbage app. The cents saved (when it works) isn't worth the bs headache of trying to use the app.
