it's alright. important part works, but it's real glitches. the page that tells you how much time you have left is, frequently, significantly wrong. if you are ever on the side of the highway explaining yourself to a DOT officer, you can. always say, " hey just look at the record and add up the cumulative. " but the main page is completely unreliable.

Latest update appears to be better. Mileage is more accurate. Plus one star. Still no 14 hour clock meter. Just did the update. Started driving but it won't switch to driving mode. 2/2/18 landscape mode is nice though. Hello I have the device in my 2008 volvo truck and overall it is okay. But some crucial features are missing. To make it really usable we need to be able to see our remaining daily work hours for the 14 hour rule. Currently my device does not show DAILY WORK HOURS. Which are different from the 'daily drive hours' and 'daily drive hours until HOS violation.' We need this asap. As otherwise we will be getting violations constantly. The other feature is please display total mileage driven and leg mileage driven on the drive screen. This is important. I need to know how much miles the ELOG says I drove. Second, please rotate the elog UI into landscape mode. Most of us truckers have Android tablets mounted on the dashboard. It is an extreme annoyance to have to constantly remove it from the mount just to change duty status! Especially since we are doing it hundreds of times per day! And last please include a night mode on the drive screen. The large amount of blue light is really annoying right now. Use warmer colors. Like muted ambers and reds. Some of us drive a lot of our hours completely at night. Some other things that would be a good idea. Improve the resolution of the 24 hours log book graph in the inspection mode. Or make the graph zoomable. The first thing a DOT officer does is look at the graph. One other thing that I will mention is that it would be a good idea to be able to email the previous 8 days in one email. Instead of doing it 8 times for 8 days. Or perhaps let us select as many days as possible. Similar to the RODS report.

I didn't want to change from paper log to electronic, but I got inspected by dot and was forced to. I am glad that I did now. It is so much easier to go on the app and log in and out and be legit and not have to fill out all of the information everyday. It's all stored in my elog I just log in and out. It gives me warnings 2 hours before I have to take a break. A lot quicker and easier than paper log. Edited

My device says paired but the app says not connected... Keeps happening over and over again. On top of the, every few minutes, it beeps because its not connected.... So F******* annoying. The few times it has worked it was great. Update: installed the app update in hopes that some issues got fixed. But nope, it's only gotten worse. Now it doesn't work at all. Edited

What the hell did you do to this app now. You did not fix any Bluetooth issues but you did make it worse than ever. Sometimes it will connect for 1 min then disconnect right away and repeat. Its fun being on the road and the stupid adapter starts screaming it's lost it's connection and the app has such a huge lag that it takes forever load up. You really fouled this app up. 6.10v
