This app is terrible. I have had this for over a year and it use to work just fine until a few months ago it started giving me a "server error" and now I can never log in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone and nothing ever works. And then when I try to log in through the mobile site, it says to use the app!!! I pay enough for health insurance, I should actually be able to review my claims and coverage.

App is useless. I'm always logged out when I need it and it requires I create a new password. Once I do create the new password I can't search providers without logging in to another site that will not accept my username and password... complete waste of time! 0 stars if I could!!!

Update: months after reaching out and being told several times it was being addressed. App still doesn't work. If only my employer and Health Comp only understood how it feels to have chronic health issues and then have to deal with this awful app. Edited

Honestly, it takes patience to use this app. But it works. some doctors aren't updated but honestly every app that provides this service has that problem. i've been successful finding doctors.

Glitches when signing up and creating account where my password then username not accepted. Employers name not correctly capitalized in drop down feed, my 7 letter first name listed in two rows on landing page and does not look welcoming.
