I'm in my 20s and find this app difficult to use and not at all intuitive. Hard to find anything. I spend most of my time on this app searching for things then eventually calling customer service who also seems to have trouble navigating the app. Airbnb is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to use. All of my other apps are easier than this one. Definitely not using VRBO for future bookings. I can fill up my calendar on Airbnb anyway. Edited

Terrible App. App doesn't allow you to change between your properties. App pages take forever to load. App is unstable/crashes. Selecting a payout account for each property is not at all clear. I had to call VRBO to confirm payouts were actually going to the proper accounts. They need to hire actual programers that can design a better app. They need to take lessons from the AirBNB app. VRBO charges us 3% host fees and can't supply us with a fluid, functioning app? That's ridiculous. Edited

This is a very unstable application. Errors internally prevented me from getting paid, after 4 phone calls, and months they were able to fix that bug. The app doesn't let you update the calendar at times when it's broke. Like now... Vrbo then DBL books properties as the calendar can't be updated. Yesterday I called about this and they said they fixed it but nothing today and I don't expect follow-up from this vendor. Stick with AirBnb if you're new to this process!

Same dumb glitches as usual. I hate when I get a booking on this app because you can't even do the basic things. I can't even send a message to my upcoming guest right now b/c the keyboard won't even come up. I'll have to text or email them outside the app which I hate doing. I never conduct business outside the app, if I can avoid it, unless it's absolutely necessary. VRBO should definitely take app course at Airbnb. Their app is user friendly and super efficient.

This app just keeps getting worse and worse. Tapping on a push notification, opens that app, then errors. Going to the calendar shows "a network error has occurred. Please try again.", but tapping retry, just shows the error again. Message thread shows message with the wrong time stamp. What time zone does it think I'm in? It's just a mess.
