The face recognition is nearly impossible to use as it instructs you to move your head to move the target to a circle it displays on the image of the camera. But to reach that target you must move your head such that you no longer can see the display to know which way and how far to move your head. So it fails verification frequently, and you end up having to wait 15 minutes to be able to try again. One of the worst designs I've seen in software.

Sends a link by text that doesn't work. Tried on two different phones, including a Galaxy S22, so I know it's not because of it being outdated. It's just a worthless app. And no one seems to even be doing anything about it. There have been no responses from the developer to any of the reviews, that BTW seem to be experiencing the same issue. I would give no stars if I could.

Anyone know what to do if the app doesn't even send the text verification code to your phone? I've tried multiple times and even on a different phone. We were really looking forward to skipping the line and missing school but this seems near impossible. Appears everyone is in the same boat as the app has a terrible rating. I hope the state inst paying for this service!

Daughter was trying to take the permit test online, but before she could do that we had to download this app that clearly does not work. I tried to reboot, go into the settings like it said and no luck. What is the point of an app if it doesn't friggin work!!! If it was paper, it would be just another paperweight. You would think with all the complaints and the lousy rating something would be done about it. Way to go! UPDATE..It works on IPhones! Edited

If you have an LG phone don't even try. Even after going through and changing settings it wouldn't work. Tried on my wife's Samsung and it worked so cool right? Eh wrong. When doing the whole selfie verification thing which is infuriating in itself it freaking crashed. And look at all these one star reviews with no replies. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
