every time I try to check out, the app logs me out , I had to modify my account for several times and now I uninstalled it and can not re-install it anymore. Very bad online (attempt to buy) experience 🥺🤨 Edited

80% of the products I saw at the store are not at the app And if I want more than one product they add delivery on each item This is so annoying and rediculous It's not easy at all to find something you want at the app Edited

Checkout process IMPOSSIBLE! I have been trying to check out my shopping cart for over 7 days now, my app is updated, and the checkout will not progress further than the delivery date selection. Please fix your very glitchy system, I expected better with a global brand like IKEA. By the way, both checkouts don't work on the mobile app AND desktop site. I have done online shopping with Ikea before so I know what I'm doing. Does your software team know what they're doing?! Please fix this asap

shopping cart is not easy to use, buggy and it took me a lot of time to place the order because I had to sign up to be able to select delivery time , which I discovered by chance with no notification from the app.
