I wasn't able to create a Family or Family+ account because of a system error (not receiving OTP). Problem is from IKEA since many users have been facing the same problem, not just me. Staff were very helpful and friendly and tried lots of ways to help but none worked, since the system error was out of their control. I ended up paying the complete fee of collection and delivery and fixing while i was ready to make a Family+ account. I'd give the application and website 0 stars because of that.

This app is simply terrible. Very low performance on my S22 Ultra. Wasted half an hour on loging in/reseting password and waiting for the email to be sent to reset my password (It was never sent. I also checked the spam folder). I created a new account just to get it over with and after i reached the payment page it was just a white screen. It's your loss IKEA! Tip: increase your budget and hire a better app developer. This is ridiculous. Edited

I tried twice.. 1st one was amazing.. the 2nd order was made me change the thought.. can't see my order tracking or what happened to my request.. just received notification of the order .. then disappeared... the application need hard improvements.. like updating profile. Tracking orders... thanks

Awful application! I have been trying to reset my password to login for almost an hour and the password sent to me won't work and gives me a Login Failed message I cannot believe that such a huge international name brand is unable to create a simple well functioning app.

The app keeps logging me out. Also my order didn't go through even though I had checked out my bag and processed it with an OTP. Items I add to my cart keep disappearing and items in my wishlist also keep disappearing. Please fix
