Cant initiate return due to bug in app. In screen where you fill in reason for return, the second to last item of clothing shown is duplicate. If I fill in reason for the second item it fills it for other duplicates as well and I cant go to next screen because "I haven't filled out all reasons". On the website there's a different bug where it doesn't show all my items to return. It's like they don't want any returns. Im going on holiday tomorrow and cant contact customer support. Quite annoyed!

This app is so buggy it's borderline unusable. Terrible. You can't make a return online because the geolocator for the drop off pints doesn't work. When you open sometimes it crashes. When you click on a item it opens a another one. It's been like this for MONTHS. No quality control after shipping updates. No ability to fix known bugs people are complaining about all the time. you make an order and the items dont show up in you purchases list. They send a confirmation email after more than two days which doesn't make sense and you keep waiting until they send an email to confirm the order. After that they might cancel items without any notification. Too disappointing.

Something has broken in the app: I've tried to add an item to favorites, but the app started to crush and now I can't access anything, just eternal loading or crushing. This is the first time for a few years of using the app, had no issues.

Horrible app and horrible customer service. App is bad. It will mislead you constantly about what is in stocks. Moreover the company itself will sell you defective items and will not take responsibility once two weeks period is over (or maybe one month but doesn't change anything).
