The app used to work well earlier. For the last couple of months, I haven't been able to order a single item because it keeps refusing my address when I am finalizing my order although it is the exact same address I have used for all my previously delivered orders. I am facing the same issue with ordering on the website.

Horrible app. Same as the website. Guys, you should really work on speed, intuitivity and easy-to-navigate feel and look. I really like your brand and products, but from tech perspective and customer journey to purchase online you haven't made much progress in the last couple of years. You should improve this if you don't want to lose customers on the way. No one has patience anymore to load, reaload, search again...Make it fast and easy. Edited
