In the last few months, the app has been glitching. It keeps sending me notifications for deliveries that have been gone for hours. when I click the notifications, it says the batch is already gone. yeah, it's been gone for hours. Someone shopped it and delivered it already, and somehow, it's still sending notifications for the order that's been done already! I'll open the app, and it will have orders on the screen that it never notified me of. black screen during shopping and items not scanning Edited

picking up batches and receiving them is simple. the app is straightforward to use. sometimes lags or loads weird but I think that's more a signal service issue and not the app's coding. customer service has always been friendly when reaching out with any issues. only complaint is some of the payouts don't always feel fair for the amount of time it takes to shop or distance traveled for deliveries.

Before the most recent update everything was ACTUALLY working great. I wasn't having any issues at all. Since the most recent update back to the same old problems with the app not working correctly, glitching, batches keep coming/going/coming again, etc. Not sure what happened, but please go back to the previous updates. Everything was so much better. Edited

Had been on the waitlist for over a year & was never contacted about any open spots. That was fine, but then someone I know in the same area instantly got in as a full service shopper as I was still on the waitlist waiting for an "opening". Contacted customer service and they told me they would forward the issue to a higher up manager last year, was never contacted since. Just deleted and retried to sign up and was waitlisted again. Instacart needs to review their waitlist & ghosted accounts.

tried using the app a few times to do some deliveries but ran into multiple issues and not being able to get in touch with customer or support to resolve issues. maybe the general area I was at was spotty, but I do. live in a fairly large city with some surrounding suburbs and farmland, but running into issues while I'm at the store trying to provide service to make some extra income was getting frustrating. uninstalled and keeping it that way.
