Their app is fine when it works, but it hasn't worked for me in over 9 months. It refuses to let me login to my account because they don't use the standard username and password login options like every other account. Even their web app uses basic login method. I've tried discussing the issue with their customer service multiple times and they have been less than helpful. I check it every so often to see if they've updated the app to work normally, but no luck yet. Thankfully their web app works

I had nothing but trouble logging in and it selected by default car which I never selected because I had to completely log back in. It never gave me my vehicle options and just automaticly selected my other car. I had to use a whole other parking session to change it. Not even a 5 second. To 1 min chance to change it after the fact. I get the not allowing it in the middle part, but not a short window to change to one of your other cars. thats BS. And there is zero help on app.

the app doesn't work. to use it. you need to log in. it sends a email because you need to click on a link through email to log in. the email loads the browser, brings you to the app to start over. nothing loads in the app, it just restarts Everytime. such a waste of time and effort.

I downloaded the app, made a reservation. Showed up and the attendant told me they were full and could not honor my reservation. I specifically used this app as the process SPECIFICALLY said they would not give away my spot.. I had to pay for parking elsewhere. Then when I contacted them to get my refund, I have received no reply on several attempts. I have uninstalled and will never reinstall.

Easy to use and super convenient for parking. Only improvement would be if they could update the app so we could pay for specific amounts of time and have price adjust accordingly. Some areas have a minimum 1 hour or 3 hours but if I am only gonna stay for a minute or 2 I would like that option
