I have used the app 30 times and when it swaps to 'Bluetooth connect' on the FIRST PAGE, it connects but won't let me pass the first page. I did a hard reset on my zone 100's, i re downloaded this app, ive tried forgetting Bluetooth and re syncing from the app page but cant get past the very first page. Can't get past the first screen. What a joke of an app. Maybe this is why your stock has gone done almost 20% this year. You aren't prioritizing customers. What a shame. Edited

I got zone true wireless earbuds for the single reason that they purport to seamlessly switch between PC and smartphone. This just doesn't work. I have had issue after issue keeping these connected to my phone. Even when they are connected, if I am on a PC call, and a smartphone notification comes in, I multiple seconds..lose the connection with the audio on my PC. Disconnecting, unpair, re-pair. This is another Logitech product that doesn't work as advertised. Edited

I'm using the app with Zone True Wireless earbuds. I'm having the same problem that others have reported with other devices, and I get stuck on the screen that sends me to phone settings to reconnect the earbuds even though they're already connected. The only fix I've found is to have the phone forget the earbuds, and start over again. Another problem is the firmware update doesn't work. It goes through the motions and reboots the earbuds, but it still has the same old version when it's done.

Logitech, this would be INCREDIBLE if you could layer on the music or just manually control sidetone. having it limited to talk mode kinda sucks. sometimes I just wanna hear myself talk while the headphones are on and it's not impossible it's just much nicer with this amazing side tone you built. unnecessary roadblock.

I have a pair of Logitech Zone True wireless headphones. I'm partially paralyzed from a dog fight and having serious problems understanding what the first four icons at the top of the page in the Android app represent meaning the headphones with an arrow, headphones a house and phone and the last icon is a train and airplane and phone and the fourth icon a train and airplane. Logitech has been useless and I'm wondering if anyone on here could please help. TY.
