The app is decent enough, but has a hardtime reconnecting to the buds after all initialization is done. As soon as you have them connected and you go to wear them, they disconnect immediately from the app. Still able to use them as they were still connect to the phone, but not the app.

Had fit issues, used the app's built in fit check function which opened a ticket with Logitech support who clearly had no idea what was going on and after several days of trying to get them to understand the situation they eventually told me to contact Ultimate Ears because Logitech doesn't actually have anything to do with the hardware or fit. Seems like that should be patched.

the setup process is rough at best. It took forever to get the earbuds to the point where I can heat them and mold them and it kept telling me that the buds weren't charged enough. after a bit of troubleshooting and fully charging the case and buds overnight it finally worked

App is great for what it is, which is similar to UE's app which allows you to heat up the plastic eadbuds to conform best to your ear. All in one app, expect personally I expected an improvement from Logitech compared to ue fit ear buds which have been out for many years. NOTE: you only get one shot at the earbud modeling process so pay strict attention to the instructions and maybe watch a YouTube tutorial beforehand.

my ear buds don't even get connected in the app. I know they work, im listening through them right now. but I can't mold them or change tap settings
