Can't connect to my phone. Uninstalled app and reset speaker multiple times. 'something went wrong' every time. It used to work for the first few months. Connects to my laptop just fine though. Really sad since it's a mobile speaker that I can't use outside my house now... Support hasn't helped me at all. This is my third boom I've bought. I love them when they work but megablast doesn't connect anymore. Just disappointing.

I give up. I really liked these speakers and the app to pair up two speakers. Now, it's pointless to have the app at all. I can't pair two speakers anymore. I've tried uninstalling the app, forgetting speakers and renaming speakers several times. Nothing works. I can only have one speaker on at a time and the connectivity is pretty spotty at best. I'll be looking for something new that actually works and selling these speakers off, cheap.

app is horrible. speakers constantly disconnect. delays in volume control. it seems like they did not even bother to test if this worked before releasing it. I loved my boom 2 and it's app worked fine. Got an email reply finally. Auto reply asking me to go thru their troubleshooting steps. Which I did. And they close my case asking for help. Not buying their products again. Edited

Battery indicator/reading is completely inaccurate. Says 100% but it's charging. How does it say both that at the same time? Also, when I unplug it after being fully charge it inaccurately states the level of the charge... really 80% after 20 mins at low volume? I don't think so, not for a 16 hour speaker. Finally, Alexis sometimes stops working, buggy electronic/firmware? Edited

speaker sounds great! One major problem, I can't do anything with my phone while trying to use the speaker, or the music quits playing. Even in the megablast app, I cant even use other parts of the app without the music stopping anytime something is selected (menu, going to home page, etc, anything)
