Contact import needs improvements!!! Search, Contacts where i have "," in the surname because i like to include short comments are not correctly imported, adresses always look like this "Address(street-BUILDINGNUMBER STREETNAME" but no city name etc even though I have it in the Google Contacts. If a contact can't be imported the error only shows the number of failed contacts but no names to easily find & fix. Only 3 most recently used tags are shown. can't delete/rename tags to stay organized.

Really blown away by the features this software offers! It's done so much for my small mom & pop company over this past month that I've used it. I get a little bit confused by some wording choices and structure, BUT I'm terrible with technology and get frustrated easily. I can say that everything I needed from the software has proven to be incredibly successful, plus other neat things it offers that I use. I highly recommend it!

Used to work. Not anymore. Can't edit the text box in templates, old or new email campaigns. Rolled back to previous version. ALL versions affected, apparently. Old, new, doesn't matter. This tells me it's a broken dependency somewhere. My Android system is factory reset, fresh, and up-to-date on the same Galaxy S7 that worked just fine before. I don't know what's broken, what changed, what to fix or how to fix it, what to do to work around. Sent an email to support. No reply yet.

I love MailChimp, and have used it for years. But the app is not that useful. Unfortunately, there are glitches in the way that contact information is validated that make it impossible to update an existing contact within the app. Because some of our imports have included partial address information, every attempt to update gets an error saying that the address could not be validated. We cannot delete the existing address information, and it won't save a new email address. Very dumb.

Right Idea, Wrong Execution The campaign editor is so bad as to almost be unusable. When I edit my text on my phone, why would the full screen reading window shrink down to a tiny box that ¼ of my screen? Dumbest thing I've seen in a long time. I also pasted a title from another block that I deleted, and I can't figure out how to enlarge the text. I'm sure there's a way, but this speaks to the usability.
