Basically, I haven't been able to use OneDrive for months now. I can't add, sync or backup any files. Although, it does an excellent job of deleting most of my files on its own without my permission. Do you think that Microsoft cares about helping to fix it. I spoke with their tech dept on May 15th and they promised to contact me back with a fix and I haven't heard from them them since. I guess paying customers don't matter. Edited

I really like how easy this makes it to sync my pictures with my computer and to access files from my computer. At one point I would have given it 5 stars. But it's been far too buggy over the last year and Microsoft super has been friendly but unhelpful. I've tried things as extreme as clearing all app data and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Sometimes that fixes things for a little while (but not always). It somewhat frequently gives me connection errors when I have solid Wi-Fi and data

The file side is great. The picture side is abysmal. Multiple times the saving of photos in the cloud has just stopped completely. All the same folders are checked for backup, they just stop show up. When I try to refresh I get an error saying I'm not connected to Wifi even though I am. The app is also just terribly slow when trying to arrange photos. Also, when I toggle, show my shared photos it freezes and takes way too long to function again.

They're so worried about trying to make it look like a cutesy photo gallery that they forgot how to SYNC FILES. You know, THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS APP? Added files from my PC to a OneDrive folder, made sure they synced to online, but no matter how many times I refresh, it won't show them in the app. Details screen says the folder contains files, but folder shows as empty. Microsoft really needs to start kicking the marketing folks out of the room and letting the nerds design apps again.

Still awful jan 25. longtime 365 customer. switched my photos from Google to OneDrive to consolidate. discovered you can't buy more than 2TB storage. Search function no longer has face recognition search and even though there are albums and tags auto created with date and location the search function doesn't allow search of date, location, etc. It's truly awful to navigate, hangs, and sharing a photo is difficult. I thought with AI this would be fixed. COME ON Microsoft. You should do better. Edited
