The idea is good. An app that you can have on multiple devices to clock in on. However, there are constant issues and this app seems to be poorly maintained and never updated. At first the app worked well but now 2 years in we are having constant problems. It takes forever to load and crashes all the time. Unfortunately we are stuck with this time clock that doesn't work half the time. So frustrating! I'm unable to get in contact with anyone at Paychex who can fix any of the app issues. 😠😠

This app is the absolute freaking WORST! My job uses this Kiosk app and each time it always makes me at least 2 minutes later than the time I attempted to punch in. Stupid app, make sure you come to work earlier than your scheduled time to avoid this piece of garbage from making you late to work.

Great app, most complaints come from employees who dont like having facial recognition that eliminates buddy punching...

Worked while I was there. Didn't give enough info week to week. Refused to give me w2s after I left the company and the company never sent out resent then to me. Said they worked for the company not for me.
