This has got to be the absolute WORST login experience ever. Completely incompatable with LastPass. Unable to use anything resembling a secure password that LastPass would generate. You have to HUNT to find what your username is (as it's not the same as anything else that you use.. nor is it easy to find. THEN once you change your password you get to do it all over again to log back in. I have no idea how good the App actually is at it's taken me 30 minutes just to get logged in.

This app makes it SO EASY to file a claim. While I normally would use my FSA card, I don't mind the times when I can't or don't, because of how quick and easy it is to submit a claim. The only thing I would change, is where the phrase "reimburse me" is the terminology used instead of using the word Claim, and it took me a few times to catch on to the app using different terminology than the website; wish it was less confusing in that way. Still, Great app! So glad to have it!

Can't even log in, the app crashes every time (Android). On the main Paychex app, the claims link on the Flexible Spending Accounts page redirects to itself. A question submitted online regarding claims submission has not been answered for a week. Have not been able to get through on the toll free number during normal business hours in 3 attempts. PLEASE just provide an email or web address and basic instructions for submitting claims.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. The normal paychex flex app logins in fine and should just include the ability to submit claims instead of requiring this useless app. I can never log in, even right after successfully logging into their other app with the exact same credentials. There is also no way to reset the login info within this app.

App does not accept password anymore - even though the other Paychex app has no problem. Very frustrating. No way to even reset existing password. (Note: When the app worked, about 2 years ago, it was good) Update - 2/12 years later -same problem. Paychex Flex app works fine.
