This is one of the few apps I've used where the time it takes for the app to load (or time out) will actually make you late for work. It frequently erases cached credentials and 2FA can take up to 3 minutes after the request. App will state that it is logged a punch, but then it doesn't show up on the website. No improvement between Wifi and cell or Android and iOS, but I'm not always at my computer to log the punch on the website, so expect it to fail and adjust accordingly.

It won't remember the device, so you'll have to receive a text message almost every time to log in. There's a bunch of problems where sometimes it just won't let you log in or clock in or out sometimes, usually just in. I don't think there's been a full week where this app had no issues. I've used this for 2 different jobs, and had the same problems. These problems have been happening for at least 3-4 years with no fix.... This happens to all my coworkers, even my managers.

After every update, regardless of how often you click the "remember this device" button, I still have to re-verify my device; sometimes more than once each day - frequently during the same shift if the app went to sleep in the background or internet signal lost. I need to uninstall the app, then reinstall with fingers crossed to correct the annoyance. My personal information can be compromised in thousands of ways outside of this app, why should my timeclock be such a hassle?

Awful app. If you change WiFi it will make you do verification again even if you tell it not to. Sometimes even if you don't change WiFi. It can take minutes to load and struggles if you do anything other than clock in and out. And now when I log in it says to update but when I click "update now" (the only option) it takes me here where I can uninstall (if work didn't force me to use it I'd never use it) or open. Which uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't update it. Useless. update: it's worse Edited

almost unusable login that makes clocking in for work awful. Huge issues with two factor authentication that make me type in my password, use my fingerprint, and receive an authentication code every time --- and there's no way to fix it. Even checking "remember this phone" doesn't help. Clunky and hard to use. please fix login issues. Otherwise no issues but logging in is such a nightmare that I go out of my way not to use this app.
