I wish I would've read the reviews before using this app. I've had my paycheck going direct deposit here for about 5 months and all of a sudden they just closed my account and I can't access any of my money and I have about 3000 dollars in my account. they made me send documents to an email and it's been almost a week and I still haven't heard anything back. I don't even know what to do right now

My employer encouraged us 2 use the benefits of Paychex & Paychex Pay! Switched banking 2 Paychex pay & I'm very disappointed. The customer services r out of the country & r VERY SARCASTIC & UNDERTONE RUDE! Bcause they no there is NOTHING you can do about getting ur money. I also opened savings acct. Paying at stores r randomly denied. I went to transfer funds from savings to pay bill. There is now a 6 transfer limit on my acct. I was told I had to wait until the 1st to withdraw!!!! DON'T USE.

customer service is impossible to contact, their website says 24/7 customer service, don't know why they say that, I can never get through on the line for an hour and still nothing, their automated system is not very automated, trying to close my account but stupid me got my tax refund deposited to paychex pay after I found how useless this company is..

Doesn't work right. Hadnt been able to log into my account for 2 days. The email for contact doesn't work and i cant call anyone. Definitely not using this as my way of getting paid huge headache. Also it does not deposit checks 2 days early. Took almost 4 days after my pay day to get my paycheck. Edited

Everytime I try to log in it crashes and it's been doing that for a couple of days now this needs to be fixed asap I will go through another bank because I'm not dealing with this if it's just gonna make it to where people can't access their money then this app/company should be shut down
