I don't know what is going on, but this app used to be great. They are charging a ridiculous amount for the paid version, and the functionality is absolutely garbage for the amount I pay. I have updated and tried the 'newest version'. not any improvement. why is mountain project, which is free, so much better for functionality?! I can't fliter in an area by populatity without the app freezing. I have to perform the same function multiple times, still wont work. Where did the good trailforks go? Edited

I would suggest to reinstall the app. Our last version had some database stability problems that cause a whole bunch of issues for some users. We've fixed that and our crash and ANR rates are the lowest they've been all year now. The zoom-in issue was also fixed.

I don't know why this is so highly rated! They want you to pay for everything, throwing ads at me right off the bat and I can only download one region at a time!? NO, YOU MUST PAY! It looks to me like you don't get anything useful through payment anyway but I'm uninstalling due to the ads and trying to shove the "upgrade now" down my throat. Nothing useful here

Longtime subscriber, app and maps have become useless. Map filters are poor. I only want to see MTB all mountain single track. Please figure out how to show just what interests me, not what interests PinBike. Maybe make it part of my users profile. Please stop auto subscription to feeds. I didn't sign up for any on purpose. This is the first sentence of the app description "GPS map for mountain & biking trails. Get trail status & community reports" please abide. Edited

The map only shows trails supported by your current activity type, for example Mountain biking. It could be in your area people have mapped a lot of paved connector paths?
You can also goto the settings in the app and disable the feed from showing on the map.

I am also an original subscriber. I used to love this app, but no more. Every time I open it, in town or on the trail, it starts downloading regions....that have already been downloaded...which makes the app useless. I've tried to turn off automatic sync...nope. Uninstall, reinstall....nope. Also, zero customer service. Don't waste your time or money.

I pay the Pro version, but it's really unreliable app, I download desired regions at home before ride, to be ready while needed, than you are on a ride, open the app and it wants to download the region again, so if you are in place with low or no reception, you are left with no trails on map. It's happening even that after download region, you search a trail, it finds it, than you want to find another one and suddenly it says no regions and needs to re-download them again, CAN'T recommend at all
