Most things work...But working on a pixel 9, we can't auto upload in the background. So whenever the app goes to the background and stays there for a minute or two, the upload will fail, waiting for you to pull the app back into the foreground. Please fix it and I'll update my rank. Edit: I've allowed app to run in the background (ie disable battery optimization), but every time I try to toggle on the "Allow QFile Pro to run in three background" in-app setting, it does not allow me to proceed. Pretty worthless... Used to work but anymore none of the photos I tagged will sync. Yes, I have read all of the online docs. Timeouts, unable to connect to server. This is a core function of this app that has stopped working. It should just work. People should not have to read online docs to figure it out. This is a development failure. Videos also stop playing after about 10 minutes so streaming is out of the question. App is worthless.

Auto upload stopped to work more than half year ago. It used to work fine on both my and my spouse's phones. I just updated the app, still not working. It tried to upload, but all failed. There is a message saying 'Uploading failed, waiting to retry'. It will retry after a while. But still fails. Something is terriblely wrong.

I LOVE my QNAP NAS - Truly I do; but QFile Pro stinks! Worst iteration of the app/product in my 10 years using QNAP products. Slower, more bloated, TERRIBLE menu structures/behaviors (some to the right, some are scroll up from the bottom, others are press-hold). Currently UNABLE to logout of a QNAP as one user and then edit the entry to connect as a different user - this is an essential process when troubleshooting with a novice user. Turn OFF Thumbnails! Go BACK to pre-Pro - QFILE Regular!!! Edited

Had a power outage that took down my NAS file structure. It was a reformat process to recover the drives. Reloaded all of my files back and downloaded Qfile pro, everything worked effortlessly. Tablet, and 2 phones syncing well. Time to get Laptop and desktop loaded to sync it will then all be available across all devices. Ready to also explore downloading my Google account, should be interesting. 16TB of cloud space awaits. Edited
