Hello, thanks for the great app, I just wanted to say that it would be very nice, if you can add a dark theme for the app, also the option to merge conversations which are missing within the app, I have to use a web browser on my phone in desktop mode to get this. thanks in advance.

I'm glad that I can get some work done from the phone, but the app is just really bad. Every time I go back from a message, the messages list needs a few seconds until I can scroll it and it keeps getting stuck. I have to scroll up and down untill I can finally scroll further

Performance on Android is very poor, lots of bugs. Can't get back to the open tickets screen half the time, it errors or simply won't allow the back button to be clicked. S21 Ultra Android 12 fully updated

Crashes on startup every time, making it unusable. My phone is a Pixel 3a XL running Android 10. Update as of Nov 26th: The new version they mention below still crashes in exactly the same way. No change Edited

I do not know what happened, but when I try to log in, it keeps showing verification process(authentication), and when I finish doing that, it shows again and again! I can never open the app!!! Edited
