This phone app is terrible. It doesn't allow payment or cancelation management in app. I'm fighting to cancel subscription and the fredomvoice website says my password is wrong, but it won't send me a link for a new PW to my email that I know is correct because they invoice me to it. Absolutely no notification from the app when there's voicemail. Try locating a new voicemail & if your lucky you might find it in the trash in the app otherwise it won't show it or give you access to it at all. Edited

Worst app, ever!!! Keeps crashing, text messaging doesn't show the images, getting messages late. I have been a loyal customer to Freedom Voice for many years, and I have no complaints about their services. Nevertheless, this app will be the cause of ending my services with them! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Had issues with this app crashing all the time on my old phone. Had to purchase new phone recently. Have had no issues with the app crashing since the phone change. Can't receive texts from short code numbers (ie: my bank). Outside of that, I don't text for business. I prefer to actually "talk" to my business clients. But texting to/from normal phone numbers does work. No issues with calling, receiving calls or call quality for me. FYI.... I don't think the app shows a call log for incoming calls, only for outbound calls made through the app. Incoming call log would be shown through the number that your're forwarding to. I use Google Voice for my 2nd phone number. So I see the inbound call log there when FreedomVoice forwards an inbound call. Edited

When redialing through the add it fails, you are only successful if you type in the number again. Whenever I go to recent and click a number I wish to redial, only the area code is dialed and the call fail, please fix.... otherwise, great app. ***Update*** That issue was resolved thank you. However, whenever you send a text message, there is no way to delete them, tons of massages I cannot delete. Please Fix this Issue Edited

This app has not been updated by a developer for a while despite the continued reported issues. Do not waste your money! Freezes and Crashes Constantly - logs you out randomly.Does not show # of callers in history/ recent calls - you would have to go online and wait for it to upload while hoping you know which number you're trying to identify as the right missed caller. Little things like copy and paste on the call pad nonexistent. You have to deny the contacts app permission to help with some of the crashing, which makes it an inconvenience to quickly access or identify which client/ customer you want to contact quickly. Time stamp on missed calls are 3 hours off? Voicemails Automatically go to trash. It's not enough to have good Customer Service, which they do, they just don't have a product to back them up.
