I have been trying for several days in getting my issue. Resolved where the conversations app is not forwarding any calls to my phone and I am missing a lot of business. I have been on the phone on text for the last several days and it seems that nobody can help me get this resolved in a timely matter. My customers are not being able to reach me. I am unsure of what the next step. It's supposed to be where I have tried every option that they have given to me.I hope that somebody in management.

I had Smartline before and it was sooo much better. This one freezes constantly and takes way too long for messages to get through. It is very unreliable on WiFi but I don't have caller ID if I use data. It has been an awful experience so far. Update -6/17/25 changed my password yesterday. Now can't use app at all. Customer service is trying to blame it on my browser even though it happened right after I changed my PW and I've been using the same browser the entire time Edited

As of today, the app no longer works on my phone. It just stopped working yesterday, I called customer support, and they couldn't help me to get it back working. I can't receive any of my business calls now and have to figure something else out because I do not know how long it will be for them to fix this broken app. I have always had issues with godaddy phone service since smartline app, but at least that app worked, this new app is abysmal, and they have the audacity to charge $20 a month.

Fails a lot. I never get notifications that I have a message. I have to constantly refresh to get new messages. This is a business line and I miss a lot of important messages. Call customer service and it has never helped. They keep me on the line forever with the average trouble shooting and nothing gets fixed.

I've been a customer since you guys for GoDaddy smart line which worked great but now I have constantly problems with conversations. it freezes. it doesn't update me when I get a message until maybe hours later, which is not great when you're running your business. the app won't let me call out to all customers The concept of the app is great in theory. just make it work the way it's supposed to work
