I'm a Premium subscriber and have been using similar apps for several years and I don't think it's worth it for 2 big reasons for me. First, the plans barely adapt to my running, they will change pace but not the actual workouts and if I miss workouts nothing changes on the plan. which brings me to my second annoyance, the interface is hard to navigate, some things just don't work and rescheduling a workout takes a lot of work and then I need to go back to Garmin for syncing.

I like the planned runs, even in the free version, but i would not say this app is worth paying for. Its constantly freezing which leads to constant pausing/unpausing of my runs sometimes, and its always miscalculating my distance. My long runs can be off by .25 or more. This is pretty glaring issues for an app that has most of its features locked behind a paywall

It's okay when it works. Lately, the buttons become unresponsive during a workout. I have to close the app and reopen so I can pause, finish, and save the workout. For whatever reason, this also causes the app to drop HR data, so Strava can't calculate relative effort and/or fitness score. Please fix! There's no way to do a free workout with a target pace, which is annoying. I've been trying to set PRs on Strava best efforts for shorter runs, but you have to do at least 5k to set a pace target.

7/3 Update: they've done it again! If I could give zero stars I would. they went ahead and did another update didn't think about Android. told me to delete the app and I did and it didn't fix it and now I have to set up all of my customizations again. this is absurd. I am just waiting for another app to be released that can compete with this one. or give up all together because it's just not worth it. Don't download if you have an Android. Prior Update, THEY HATE ANDROID USERS. Edited

Was great for the first few weeks I used it. I loved different runs in my plan. However, there were a few things that made me upset. The first thing they did not do anything when I marked a vacation and said I wanted easy runs. All they did was keep my longest/hardest runs during that time. The the app duplicated itself on my phone and when I un-installed it amd reinstalled everything was gone. It wouldn't even record a free run.
