doesn't work, smart things said to download this new app to control my sound bar. I have a samsung HW-S60D soundboard. the app sees it. I press add. it thinks then says connection failed. app offers no help to why. googled it but no help as Google doesn't know of this app yet. I checked and it is up to date. smartthings has no problem so can't see why this app has a problem. description of this app says easy connection. finding that hard to believe.

All I get is a connection error when I try to pair it with this app! Model is HW-S800D. Yes, it has the latest update which is 1050.4.

App Not Connecting to Q series soundbar. It is able to detect the device but failing to establish a connection.
