it took me a few minutes to learn the settings and have it set up the way I like, but I'm very happy with this app and have never had a problem with it . If you ever do have a problem they answer an email with a solution the same day. I know this only because I do have their other app Simple Photos and one update caused files to not be able to be deleted. I emailed them the with the problem I was having and they responded within 3 hours, and had a fix up in about 4 hours. Excellent developers.

It's pretty good. Menus are a little cumbersome. Theres no ads, no begging for me to connect to google's cloud. Excellent. It does glitch sometimes like when you can't save edits for a task's date AND contents at the same time. And I've found that after a fee months of use, the app lags because I have too many events in it. I can't remember if I paid for this app. I think I did? Worth it. Oh right, also the app MAKES you turn notifications on. I hate that. I don't need the dang notifications. Edited

Simple is a brilliant description. This app is easy to use. It provides full calendar functionality for one person, both events & tasks, repetitions are easily made as needed with excellent customizations, and a nice option for up to three reminders for any event or task. To top this off the App does not collect any of your information - as it is entirely offline / local. How cool is that? Again, I say: Brilliant!

Horrible update. I get things are costing more these days. Everybody wants a piece of the pie. It's very cheap. Not a huge problem to me. But what they did to this is not "simple " it's a nightmare!!! It keeps messing up my entries. It keeps putting them across 2 days then I don't know what day it belonged on. Kind of the point of a calendar. It was great before. Why screw up something that wasn't broke to start with. I've tried the "new features ", bad and unhelpful.

Edit again: Clicking on a day in the month view takes me to the wrong day every time. Original edit: The support email doesn't seem to be up, so -- When migrating my calendar between phones, I exported the .ics from the old phone, then imported to the new one. It says it succeeded, but I don't see any of the events. If I try to re-import the .ics after the first attempt, it says there are no new events to add, but I don't see them. Edited
