I've been using this platform for virtual therapy over the past few years, and it's been incredibly reliable. Whether I'm at home or on the go, it's easy to stay connected. Connection issues are rare, and when they do occur, a quick log-out and log-in usually resolves them. In all this time, we've only had to switch to a phone call a handful of times. Overall, it's made my therapy experience seamless and flexible. I would recommend this platform to those looking to hold a face to face meeting.

There is always a trouble with the app. Any time I can use it on desktop instead it works first time. The app takes several minutes of fuss to work; they can't hear me or the picture is jerky and distracting or my provider's sound won't play in headphones or adjust in volume and so my private medical conversation is loud enough to hear from outside the car, or drops often, etc. or we fix it It works for the rest of that session and then needs fussed with again for another reason the next time. Okay over all but needs improvement. Biggest issue was with output speaker control, there wasn't a setting where I could choose what output device. Using the phone speaker where the phone needs to be next to your ear isnt a good option for video calls and only when the other party rejoined it would sometime swich to the "external" speaker on my phone. This is a big issue when using a phone. I don't have a microphone on my pc for a reason and using a phone is common these days so please ad this. Edited

I am having constant problems with this app. I cannot toggle the notifications on this app, and I do not receive notifications. There is no timer function. As the provider, I am not allowed to leave and reenter the session or start the session early if I chose to. It is one thing to stop the client from entering the session, but it is another thing to stop the provider from starting the session; especially if I am aware that the client is in the waiting room. Just too simple. Too buggy

Recurrent issues on both the clinician and client ends. Does not stay connected with sufficient mobile internet reception and no manual settings for video quality to compensate for various connection speeds. Also randomly not allowing client video for clinicians if they join sessions after clients. Far too simplistic and buggy to actually be useful apart from being an alternate means of accessing telehealth with WiFi when the Simple Practice telehealth web interface is having issues. Edited
