I like that it: -Allows you to enter your weight, age, goals, etc to tailor to your needs. -Allows you to set reminders to eat and drink water. I WISH that it: -Had a better way to search for the foods in your tracker. For example, when you type "almonds" only almond milk comes up because the list has "12 raw almonds" as description so it won't find it unless you have it exactly right. -Way to save a favorite meal that you eat often so it auto calculates it into the color categories.

Cannot go back on days to review / update. Food lists do not work. Cannot plan pots for the day. Unstable. Cannot change number of meals per day once set, you have to reset the app. The number of meals per day is fixed to even numbers up to 8 only. The daily workout checkbox does not work. The workouts are restricted and there is no way of having a longer term tracker. Does not justify being a paid for app Edited

This app is definitely worth the price for easy tracking of macros, water intake and weight loss. I'm having issues with some of the extra features, for example the app crashes when I try to implement daily reminders. I'd reccomended to the developer to create a comparison chart for before and after multiple cycles to make it easy to see long term progress.

Exactly what I was looking for! Love that i can track to containers I'm using in a very user friendly way. My only wish was that there were more program options for the cycles. For example I am currently doing the morning meltdown program and this is not an option. Other than that this app is perfect! Edited

Worth the $1 for sure! Still could be better in a few ways, for example: Storing meals and their container count so you can quickly reenter the same meal. Instead you have to manually enter the number of containers each meal, even if you eat the same thing.
