I work for a repo company and gold star is 1 of 4, GPS apps that I use and out of all the GPS apps that I use gold star ranks number one with features updates accuracy and loading.. I honestly wish I only had to use gold star because if the GPS is hooked up correctly in the car I can track the vehicle anywhere at any time. The only problem I have it's sometimes it takes a long time to update but it's gotten a lot better

After the update the app does auto updates on your unit status and location like 80% less. So unless you are manually doing locates constantly you have pretty much no history of where the unit has been. You used to get about 20 auto locates a day as well as drive reports and stop reports.. which left you with a good history of the unit if needed without having to manually locate the unit constantly. And aside from that the app does throw several errors and fail to locate my units quite often. Edited

This app sucks...will be going to different company if this does not change rather quickly..no satellite view..just plain sucks..should have zero stars.....this app still does not tell us if the vehicle is moving or stopped..you have no idea if it's on the go or not...its still a poor app..you have to refresh it a dozen times then it catches up to where the car actually is...not satisfied at all Edited

The Google maps update and the satellite view is amazing. I just wish the "ok" option wasn't needed. I speak if the "ok" that I have to click on to update the location. Every second counts when you're chasing after a repo. Thank you so much for the 2 updates though, made a world of difference. Edited

Complete crooks! Terrible communication. Spent over $5k with this company and they deleted my devices. I was unable to reactivate them because I went over the "90 day" renewal time by 4 days! They're easy to get in touch with if you want to buy products but ghosts when you need help! They told me they couldn't do anything. Well.. they lie these devices are controlled and activated by IMEI (same identifications as a cell phone) its the equivalent of "we can't activate your old phone".. Edited
