The clock in button seems to have disappeared since this last update. its usually right there on the main page when I log in and I can't find anywhere to clock in today. There's no patch note explanation of what to do... just changed the layout to justify someone's inflated salary and didn't bother to give customers any explanation. Good job. [two sarcastic thumbs up]

this app sucks. the job I was hired at a month ago uses this, so I had to download it. it worked for about 2 weeks, then I guess updated, and now I can't clock in/out, check my pay, or my schedule....or anything for that matter. it keeps saying "we can't seem to load this information now, please refresh later" but later never comes. I've called, emailed, just about everything, but to no avail. I've un-installed, reinstalled, restarted my phone over and over, and nothing works....

does not install correctly. won't open once installed. keeps giving me the opening. welcome message and won't move forward after. it says that it's compatible with my Google pixel 8A but yet it doesn't seem like it is cuz it doesn't open. I have installed it and uninstalled it several times and it seems not to work. I've rebooted the phone a few times and that didn't even make a difference. The app is faulty. you did something to it to where it doesn't work anymore. Edited

stupid for technology. really lacking some key structures. updates are terrible. Resetting where to find reports is illogical. not my business, I work there.... I'd never use your service, if it was my business. it was after 6 months of using your service that made this decision. app crashes way too often during point of sale.

When I first loaded this app in Jan 2024, as per my employer, it worked fine. For the past couple of months, it has consistently been crashing. I lose messages and announcements every couple of weeks. It's very frustrating! I have to uninstall then reinstall, and even then, the only part that comes back is the announcements. I lose messages back to February! I've emailed and called to no avail because I use the app through my employer. Very poor experience!
