I use Android phone & the apps is not compatible with it. I can't log in at all. tried to uninstall, reset password or anything I can but I still can't log in. so frustrating whenever I want to collect points during check in, manage my flights, check my flight details etc..and the apps is not functioning. improvement really needed

There's a bug somewhere. During check-in every date is showing up as one day less than what was entered while booking the ticket. Had to update date of birth and passport expiry date for my whole family again. Not sure if it's a problem in your interface with cleartrip or between your ticketing system and the mobile app. Edited

Seems reasonable app but a pain to set up. Password reset froze first time. Issues with verification codes via text. Cannot update address/passport details via app, gives critical info missing, call Malaysia message. However, log in to the website and it updates fine. Biometric login would be really useful, much better than texts. Edited

can't login after creating the account. keeps saying number is unreachable when it worked first time to get my details. and no customer support. and if you check their reviews, it's all spam bots giving 5stars. Maybe instead of buying fake reviews, make the service better. Edited

MAJOR BUG. If you do a mobile check in and your flight is delayed, it moves your trip to "past trips" and you are no longer able to access your boarding pass. Got stuck at the gate!!
