what a piece of software and service. I'm on Android, iPhone & Windows. getting 404 not found errors on my task in addition to not being able to see details of my task anymore. Instead of getting app notifications, which are enabled and supposedly working, I get text notifications. I'm trying to reschedule because guy didn't show up, it's not letting me choose a week from now. can't edit it. what a horribly programmed piece of service.... Edited

The app itself could use better engineers. I haven't been able to log into the app for several weeks. It's just a gray screen. I have a regular cleaner from the app we've been using for months and she's great and reliable. But the app needs some serious TLC. You also can't put in your own credits for recurring services so they basically discourage using the same person, so probably not great for cleaners. I have to reach out to customer service each time I want them to apply a credit.

I would love to use this service, if people would actually show up! Cancelation after cancelation after cancelation. I can handle a few but I've had 3 cancellations from 3 people on the same task. it's just kitchen organizing! and if they cancelled right when they saw it, okay I get it. but no. The last person cancelled 7 minutes after they were supposed up be here. I've set aside time to be home and cleaned up so they have space. let's see if someone actually shows up for the drywall task.

Great app to find awesome helpers but should be more clear about fees. They neglect to tell that the Trust and Support fee is an hourly rate, just like the hourly rate of the Tasker. So a task that I was budgeting for $218 turned out into a $267 task. Sigh. another misleading job. A $63 job turned into $91 after fees. moving to another app. not to mention, there is no way to select the Tasker and the app is super clunky. Edited

This app feels like it was built 15 years ago, and my guess is that this is because it's just a loosely cobbled together ball off webviews. The most irritating thing is that the chat doesn't use push notifications, it sends you a text message telling you to check the app. Skip it and just use their website. It's also ugly (love that black text on a dark green background) but it at least seems a little more modern. Edited
