App worked great for a while, not many gigs but ok... July 1st 2025 I took a delivery. At the pickup point I tapped button "Resume Delivery" and the app exited. Tried again, and again, nope. Logged out, Uninstalled app, Rebooted phone, reinstalled app, logged back in... Same problem. Called support, was told to take photos and screenshots and complete delivery outside of app and to email support. Did all that, as of today have not been paid and now I am told there is no record of this. Edited

I love Dolly! Very helpful and useful features included within the Dolly app to help get the job done smoothly. Just need to fix any bug issues, the error messages, notices and problems where open Dolly's disappear. Oh and the Dolly app could use better real-time updates on upcoming Dolly's and an improved mapping/ navigation system that maybe could link directly to Google maps more seamlessly so that driving routes can run smooth and be as efficiently as possible. Simply the worst app ever. I'm unable to click on jobs; when I click on them they're frozen!, the push notification setting doesn't work. Jobs appear and dissappear in seconds and with the slow android processor there's no way you'll land the job. There's no one to help you with the bug issue. it's a slow period and I've been out of work for 3 days now. What a bummer!!!

Don't work for dolly they will try not to pay for the job. Two person job not worth it.you have split between two people their not going to pay the person. I got charge $33 for a assistance no show .someone reported and I didn't have them with me lie If you Canceled the Order they charge you $30 to 50. If the customer cancel they will not pay you for the job. Some jobs I accepted at 60$ and when you do the job the price change to $50 or $40 different for the accepted price for the job.Run away Edited

Worked for dolly for years never had any problems. I guess task rabbit bought them out ever since then rates have dropped. Edited
