I just couldn't be happier, it doesn't get any better than this! 🎯💯🔥💪Service quality is as good as those expensive ones, I just can't spot any difference at all, phone calls, text and internet always work perfect, loooove this app, they design it in a way that makes it very, very, veeeryyy easy to navigate and understand, no, you don't get lost in this app, whatever you're trying to do will be very easy. After all this years I feel happy and even proud to say that Tello has been so great.

I do not recommend the app. I agree with the previous comment 👍 app is wonky and NOT able to login without requesting a code and temporary password everytime! Waste of time and energy so i deleted the app and added the webpage to homescreen. Looks better and is easier to maneuver anyway. Also as of late have had a lot of long loading everywhere when outside my wifi. This isn't good since I'm on the unlimited plan. 😕 might have to look at other options. Edited

I'm originally from Brazil and I was very used to totally useless carriers. However, Tello changed my perspective. The 4/5g connection is a waste of time, and it's useful just to make me stressed. Connections are as low as a turtle even if an icon saying 5g appears on the top of my screen. Calls are horrible and the overall quality made me feel sorry for having complaints about my ex Brazilian terrible carrier. The app works pretty fine when I'm using wifi tho, which is good for nothing. Edited

Tello appeared a cost-effective mobile option, but its data policy is severely flawed. After 35 GB, data speeds drop to 2G, making common tasks like loading social media images impossible and hindering any attempts at mobile work. Despite my usual monthly usage of 35-37 GB, I reached Tello's 35 GB limit in half the time. The cost of additional data is prohibitive, with a single GB costing $5 and lasting approximately one day. This is an estimated $150-$170 in additional money for basic service.

this service SUCKS they make it seem you get alot of data and they say to add on when you run out then they say your using 2g data but you can't even connect to the internet I wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy I finally figured it out they have fast high speed Internet but the data is high speed so they want you to run out of data quickly so you can keep topping off you sevice is a rip off I'm letting everyone know including social media Unsatisfied Customer Edited

Indeed the unlimited data plan offers 35 GB at full 4G LTE/5G speed with 5 GB of hotspot included. Once you've used the 35GB balance, your Data speed is reduced to 2G speeds.
